Master Financial Analysis From Ground Zero

We built this program for people who want to understand financial data without getting lost in jargon. Most finance courses assume you already speak the language. Ours assumes you're starting fresh—and that's exactly where real learning happens.

What You'll Actually Learn

Our autumn 2025 cohort starts with financial statements and builds toward practical analysis skills. No fluff. No shortcuts. Just a clear path through material that matters for real business decisions.

1

Reading Financial Statements

Balance sheets and income statements aren't mysterious once you know what you're looking at. We break down every line item so you understand what the numbers actually represent.

  • Assets, liabilities, and equity structures
  • Revenue recognition and expense categorization
  • Cash flow vs. profitability distinctions
  • Common reporting standards in Thai markets
2

Ratio Analysis Fundamentals

Ratios tell you if a business is healthy or heading for trouble. You'll calculate and interpret the metrics that professional analysts use to evaluate company performance.

  • Liquidity ratios for short-term health
  • Profitability metrics and margin analysis
  • Efficiency ratios for operational insight
  • Leverage ratios and debt sustainability
3

Trend Analysis and Forecasting

Historical data becomes valuable when you can spot patterns and project forward. This module teaches you to identify meaningful trends and make reasonable predictions.

  • Year-over-year comparison techniques
  • Seasonal pattern recognition
  • Basic forecasting methods that work
  • Identifying red flags in financial data
4

Practical Analysis Projects

Theory only gets you so far. You'll analyze real company financials, prepare reports, and present findings—building skills employers actually need.

  • Case studies from Thai and regional companies

Learn From Someone Who's Done It

Sakchai Wongprasert spent twelve years analyzing financials for banks and investment firms before moving into education. He's evaluated hundreds of companies—from manufacturing operations in Rayong to tech startups in Bangkok—and knows what separates useful analysis from meaningless number-crunching.

His teaching approach is straightforward. No pretending finance is harder than it needs to be. No assuming you should already know things. Just clear explanations of concepts that took him years to master, delivered in a way that actually sticks.

The practical focus made all the difference. We weren't just learning formulas—we were applying them to real situations. By the end, I felt confident pulling apart financial statements and explaining what I found to non-finance colleagues.
